Whose method?
EOS asks Implementers to deliver its tools purely, with nothing of their own added. That consistency is part of why it works. We build your practice around your experience, so owners hire you for your judgement.
Thinking about becoming an EOS Implementer?
EOS is one of the best-known business systems in the world, and becoming an Implementer suits some people very well. But it asks you to set your own ideas aside and deliver its tools exactly as taught. If you'd rather be paid for your own experience, here's how the two paths compare.
The honest comparison
Both paths suit experienced people who want to help business owners. They differ on whose method you use, who finds the clients and whose business it is.
EOS asks Implementers to deliver its tools purely, with nothing of their own added. That consistency is part of why it works. We build your practice around your experience, so owners hire you for your judgement.
EOS says most Implementers still find the majority of their clients through their own networking and referrals. We build and run four LinkedIn campaigns for you, live within 10 days of onboarding.
An EOS practice carries the EOS brand and a monthly franchise fee for as long as you stay. Yours carries your name. Finish the four months and there's nothing more to pay unless you choose to.

Questions
EOS's own page lists an initial franchise fee of $50,000, paid upfront, and a monthly franchise fee of $1,395 (as of April 2025). Summaries of its disclosure document put the total starting investment at about $61,000 to $151,000 once travel and working capital are included. Check the current Franchise Disclosure Document before you budget.
Some. EOS runs a warm leads programme and charges 50% of the first Focus Day fee when a lead becomes a client. Its own page says most Implementers still find the majority of their clients through networking and referrals.
Your story, yes. Your own methods, no. EOS asks Implementers to deliver its tools purely, exactly as taught, without adding their own frameworks. That's a strength of the system, and it means you're paid to deliver EOS rather than your own judgement.
People who want one proven, well-known system to deliver exactly as written, love facilitating full-day leadership sessions, already have a strong local network, and are happy to pay a monthly franchise fee for the brand and community. If that's you, it's a good path.
No. There's no franchise fee, royalty or territory, and you work under your own name. We build the practice around your experience over four months. Finish them and the community, weekly calls and training are yours for life.
