How much does an ActionCOACH franchise cost in the UK?
ActionCOACH UK lists three packages including training: £29,000, £69,000 and £99,000, and suggests about £30,000 of working capital. Check the current pricing and franchise agreement before you sign.
What are ActionCOACH's royalties?
On the £69,000 and £99,000 packages there's no royalty for the first six months. From month seven it's the greater of £1,950 a month or 10% of bankings. The £29,000 entry package pays 25% of bankings, with the same £1,950 minimum from month seven. All packages add a 5% marketing fund, capped at £500 a month.
Is ActionCOACH worth it?
It depends on the coach. ActionCOACH's 2025 US disclosure document showed one region's top performers averaging $556,590 in gross revenue and its lower performers $68,315, before royalties of at least $1,950 a month. The brand and method are proven. What separates coaches is whether they can win and keep clients.
